School made me feel exhausted, so the long awaited spring holiday helped me regain my strength. It lasted three weeks, so I had had many neat experiences.
In the first week, besides sleeping and reading -which were my main activities, I started practicing tennis and piano. I also tested my novice drawing skills in some posters I put in my room. They weren't very successful. Unfortunately, I couldn't simply relax all day long, so I felt like finishing my holiday school assignments. Even though I was in the spring break, all the pupils met and made a cool blog against violence in schools. Here is the link:

During school I and some of my classmates won a competition and received a trip to London as a prize. This trip was organized in the second week of the Easter holiday. Being that far from my relatives wasn't easy, but in time I managed to retain my feelings. Apart from the weather and some disobeying students, the trip was excellent. Still, it was as marvelous as tiring, so I came home exhausted, spending the next day in bed. The truth is that it took some time for my body to completely adjust to the heavily Romanian life style.
And talking about heavy things, the third and last week of the spring break occurred in the middle of Easter, therefore in the middle of some rich meals. Combining the English breakfast and the Romanian traditional meal caused me to gain quite some pounds. But I don’t mind, as I am actually quite skinny. Easter is nothing without the Easter Bunny, so it was an exquisite pleasure to meet him again this year.
Overall, I had a well deserved holiday in which I regained all the strength needed for the next school semester
